Withinnovate! brings intrapreneurship to nonprofits through workshops, on-demand resources, and customized support

Intrapreneurship refers to the innovation and creative problem solving that occurs within the structure and resources of an existing organization. We believe that to be an intrapreneur is to Withinnovate!, first understanding yourself and your org (within), then using innovation methods to create change (innovate). Learn more here.

we want to be part of your team's success

"When I started at my organization, I wanted to fix everything. I think that's a natural tendency for folks in nonprofit orgs. You want to do all the things and have all that energy but don't have a good place to focus. I wish I could ask my younger self to think about what is the actual problem I'm trying to solve and how I could have the most impact."

Manager at Nonprofit Org

"The biggest take away is that you can be an intrapreneur in any situation, i.e., at work, at school, volunteering, etc. Learning what your strengths are and fine tuning your weaknesses to make the social environment around you better."

Program Participant

"Working with Withinnovate enabled our team to truly understand how to think about themselves as intrapreneurs. The session delivery and facilitation was seamless and we were even left with individual toolkits to use going forward. I would absolutely work with Withinnovate again to provide invaluable professional development, tools and skills to our teams!”
